Our client, a Luxury watch and clock manufacture with more than 180 years history is looking

for an Event Management Staff.



You will be working under the marketing division and report to the Marketing Manager. You will

work closely with the Sales team, dealers, vendors, and Marketing division. You will be in charge

of sales oriented events: Manage decoration and display layout, choose the venue, negotiate

with vendors, work with the PR and VMD, control the annual promotion budget and log information

in the system using CRM software.



That's why our client need someone with event management experience in the Luxury industry,

specializing in watches. You must be fluent in both language ( Japanese and English). You must

be very detail oriented and have the ability to work independently and as a team as well.
