Summary of the Role



This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing construction consultancy in the newly created role of Marketing & Communications Manager, on a permanent basis.



Responsibilities of the Role



As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be required to deliver the full marketing remit with a focus on project management across the full marketing and PR spectrum. You will be required to design and deliver the marketing communications plans and campaigns for the entire organisation. This role has been created due to the rapid growth within the organisation and an ideal opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to make their mark, and make the role their own. This is a permanent role, based in northwest London. Experience in the construction sector is preferred.



You will be able to demonstrate these skills and experiences;

• Experienced in creating annual marketing plans with the aid of members of the senior leadership team and key internal stakeholders.


• Skilled in content writing and delivering key messages through internal and external mechanisms.


• Proven in managing large marketing budgets and delivering optimum return of investment from market spend.


• Ability to manage marketing schedules, ensuring they are on time, on message and on budget.


• Experienced in developing and delivering online marketing campaigns.


• Skilled in generating marketing activity reports, using a raft of measurement tools and analytical techniques.


• Exposure to project managing an events schedule.


• Proven management of marketing collateral generation, including copywriting and management of internal and external graphic design teams.


• Ability to write copy for press releases.
