Management Accountant

To deliver information reporting requirements to the management team. To take responsibility for the collation of accurate financial and non-financial information to senior management. Monthly and ad hoc reporting
To support the forecast and budget preparation for submission and approval by the business, including variance analysis of actuals and forecast-to-forecast variances.
Implementation of weekly and monthly reporting to business on KPI's
Provide all monthly reporting to corporate on the site's performance to strict deadlines
Management and execution of annual budget and monthly forecasting process from an internal perspective
Maintain excellent report relationships with Management team
Analysis of sales and material
Reporting and investigation of inventory / Scrap / Variances
Assist in the completion of bi 0 annual stock takes
Improvements to reporting processes
Train non-financial managers in financial processes as required
Create and Maintain SOP's
Ensure durable and reliable processes are installed and adhered to
Ensure all output is SOX compliant
Any other duties as may be required in order to ensure efficient operation of the Company
Requirements
CIMA qualified
Experience of management accounting
Manufacturing experience essential, gained within automotive industry preferable
Excellent Excel skills
Good team player with all round communication skills
Proven attention to detail
