Knowledge and Skills Required
- Strong understanding of SAP and its application in supply chain processes.
- Very strong analytical and trouble shooting skills.
- Strong communication skills; mastery in English.
- Vast experience with Microsoft Office Excel and other automation tools.
- Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams; recognized as Subject Matter Expert.
- Developed leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management
Key Responsibilities
- Working with IT, trouble shoots and resolves systems issues raised by users across multiple applications, synthesizing information end to end from multiple sources.
- Actively documents & communicates requirements and guidelines to users to ensure integrity of systems environment.
- Develops work tools to increase user efficiency.
- Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities to increase user efficiency by reducing failure points.
- Manages and leads functional areas and projects of moderate complexity providing team members with necessary direction.
- Mentors junior level staff.
Qualifications :
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university gree.
- First level university degree
Typically 4-6 years of SAP experience in a supply chain function
