Knowledge and Skills Required

• Strong understanding of SAP and its application in supply chain processes.


• Very strong analytical and trouble shooting skills.

• Vast experience with Microsoft Office Excel and other automation tools.


• Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams; recognized as Subject Matter Expert.


• Developed leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management

Key Responsibilities

• Working with IT, trouble shoots and resolves systems issues raised by users across multiple applications, synthesizing information end to end from multiple sources.


• Actively documents & communicates requirements and guidelines to users to ensure integrity of systems environment.


• Develops work tools to increase user efficiency.


• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities to increase user efficiency by reducing failure points.


• Manages and leads functional areas and projects of moderate complexity providing team members with necessary direction.


• Mentors junior level staff.

Qualifications :

• First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university gree.


• First level university degree

Typically 4-6 years of SAP experience in a supply chain function
