My client is championing the use of Agile Testing Methodologies and on the lookout for the very best Agile Test Leads / Managers in the market who want to join a firm who can provide both Greenfield Projects and Teams plus the potential to work with the very latest, cutting-edge tools around for its South London-based team.



As Agile Test Lead / Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to lead a team of in-house and off-shore (although on-site) testers and be the go-to person when it comes to anything Agile Testing related. You will produce reports on test execution, coverage and overall quality metrics plus ensuring defects are tracked and managed effectively. In addition you will be expected to be a key member of the SCRUM team, enhancing and sharing knowledge across the team, ensuing best practice testing advice and guidance. You will work closely with various technical teams and stakeholders throughout the project.



To be considered, you must have prior experience of working as an Agile Test Lead / Manager within a true Agile environment, be an Agile Testing Guru and have come from a very strong technical background yourself. You must have proven experience with Object-Oriented Software Development, hands-on testing experience of Java Enterprise Applications (JSP, Spring MVC), BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) using Cucumber, Test Automation experience (Headless Browser Testing, JUnit, Selenium) with HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript / JQuery a real bonus.



Due to the nature of the role you must have outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) plus eligibility to live and work in the UK.



You must be available to start within 4 weeks (preferably immediately) due to the urgency of the project and strict deadlines in place.
