My client is a leading not for profit based south of the river. Due to growth they are seeking an experienced Aged Care Project Officer for a year long contract to come on board and assist them in a major project.



reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating care coordination services.



Duties will include;

• Extensive stakeholder engagement within the aged care arena


• Educate local providers on services


• Manage specific projects relevant to the aged care sector, such as medication management


• Develop relationships by developing information in networks and forums


• Report writing


• Managing own workload

The ideal candidate will preferably have a background within health / nursing or psychology and be seeking a program management focused role.



You will have excellent communication skills and be looking to utilise your knowledge within primary health care.



In return you can expect a base salary of between $58,000 - $67,000 + Super + Salary Packaging + flexible working times where appropriate + supportive working environment.
