Due to growth they are currently looking for a Senior Lawyer in their corporate team. As a Principal you will be given the opportunity to grow a revenue stream and work with great clients on challenging matters across private equity, capital markets and M&A transactions.



To be considered you will have great experience in corporate transaction either from a private practice firm or in-house. You will currently be at Principal level or a Senior Associate who is looking for the next step. Your ability to develop networks and relationships will be second to none along with your abilities to mentor junior staff.
