A tremendous opportunity has arisen within this innovative and growing organisation based in the southern city fringe. In this newly created Accounts Payable/Reception role, this organisation is looking for a driven team player to join and support their finance team, as well as managing light receptionist duties. This role is offering growth and advancement within a career path in finance.



In this permanent full time role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of end-to-end accounts payable. You will liaise with as many as 100 suppliers, managing queries, prepare and process payment runs, and assist the Assistant Accountant with varied other transactional duties. You will also assist with reception and other ad hoc duties as required.



The ideal candidate is ambitious, detail oriented and accurate. You are a true team player, one who hits the ground running and assists where and when needed. You are efficient and have the ability to identify and implement improvements with processes. You are technically savvy and able to learn new systems quickly and with ease. This role is best suited for a junior level candidate or recent graduate looking to grow a career in finance.
