The client is one of New Zealand's leading consultancy with a rapidly growing architectural division, specializing in new builds, fit outs, refurbishments and remediation this company use their designs to utilize modern materials with traditional construction techniques to create buildings and interiors that complement and enhance the surrounding environment.



The position has become available due to a member of staff leaving to go overseas, rather than take on a new member the client would like to offer a suitable candidate a contract position first and then if the work is there to take them on full time. The ideal candidate will have a proficiency in ArchiCAD with a thorough understanding of building code 3604. You will be responsible for assisting with the base drawings for existing buildings, this includes site plans, locality plans, floor plans etc.



This position would be perfect for a talented technician with 3-4 years NZ experience and excellent communication skills, it is a great opportunity to earn your way in to a very productive and well respected company in the heart of the CBD.
