This market leader in the health industry requires an experienced Building Projects Manager in order to drive and lead the team towards successful delivery of a number of construction projects in Darwin.



You will manage all phases of the project delivery, including representing the client in negotiations, design, planning, contract execution and project management during your communications with key stakeholders. You will also add value by ensuring all specifications are met, whilst coordinating current specifications from a conceptual to detailed level, as well as managing the preparation and implementation of plans and works.



As the successful candidate you will have strong project management experience and have excellent communication and people management skills. You will be responsible for coordinating internal staff and will act as a central point of internal and external communication, problem solving and accountability within the organisation.
