One of New Zealand's fastest growing organisations is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies to join their busy project team.



The successful candidate will have extensive experience of the payments industry, ideally within a banking environment and who can slot into an Agile structure based largely around the Scrum principles. You will also have knowledge of collaboration platforms, ideally Confluence.



The role is geared towards candidates who excel at stakeholder management, requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, problem solving, and business rules. You will be working across a wide range of platforms and will be able to clearly articulate a problem and why it is important. You will also be able to consider a range of options and be able to define and present cost-benefit analysis as well as overseeing a wide variety of changes.



You will have at least five year's experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, as well as having exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced, results-orientated, environment within the payments or banking sector. You will have experience in Scrum/Agile, or other iterative development methodologies, and have the ability to adapt methodologies based on project conditions and circumstances.
