Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required by a hi-end traditional house-builder in the East Surrey/West Kent area. Due to a continued upturn in the residential market and several new schemes granted planning our client now urgently seek a quantity surveyor to join the experienced team. With projects spread across the Croydon, East surrey and west Kent area sites are typically smaller mid to high end quality with values of between £2 - 5 million with an annual output of around 40 units per year.



As the sole Quantity Surveyor within the business you will be working alongside the technical and contracts manager ensuring that all costs for current, future and proposed schemes are managed. You will be responsible for procurement, monthly payments, assessing/agreeing variations and advising the Managing Director on commercial decisions.



Interested candidates will need some form of qualification in Quantity surveying and be comfortable managing multiple schemes commercially. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required for the role although intermediate or senior level applications will be considered.
