Our London business is experiencing significant growth and due to this success, we are actively recruiting for a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team. We currently have the largest Construction and Property and Public Sector recruitment business in the country as well as a very successful Executive, Outplacement and Career Transition team.

We are out growing any of our competitors in the market place and we are eager to speak to ambitious, driven and target orientated individuals who are seeking to work in a high performance culture within a world class organisation. As a new recruit to this business you will have access to a wealth of knowledge and support from a team of highly experienced and respected recruiters and therefore you will be learning from the very best within the market. A key aspect of this role will involve taking ownership and responsibility for establishing strong working relationships with a portfolio of clients both over the phone and in person. As a professional sales person you will be required to promote the first class service which Hays provides to your network, discussing the value of engaging with a recruitment partner with such a powerful brand within the industry, in addition to how we successfully source, manage and recruit for key vacancies.
