HP Field Technical Support - Graduate position

Finland, FI - Information Technology and Services

We are hiring a junior Field Technical Support Consultant for our Technology Services, Global Support Delivery organization in Espoo. You will be managing our onsite H/W and S/W services in customer industry standard server environments including presales , post-sales, installation and deployment services. You will be working in our Technology Consulting team managing also small customer projects and programs if needed.

You don’t necessary need to have strong experience in IT technology but have the right winning attitude and potential to grow. Understanding the customer and the proactive approach is the key for success. You need to be able to communicate well both in Finnish and English languages. Knowledge of HP Technology services is advantage but we will give you all the necessary trainings to succeed in this important role.

• Bachelor in IT Technology area

• Maximum 2 years of work experience after graduating

• Windows, Linux, WMWare or other virtualization technologies would be an asset

• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

• Determination for problem solving and solution implementation

• Basic project management, communication and analytical skills

• Strong teamplayer
