The Site Services Technician is responsible for deploying and maintaining servers and the supporting infrastructure in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities, while maintaining high availability. A strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills are critical components to success in this position.



Key Qualifications

• 2 or more years experience installing and troubleshooting server hardware.


• Ability to lift/move 50lbs equipment on a daily basis.


• 4+ years experience working in a large data center (10,000+ servers).


• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects and priorities.


• Maintain high degree of self-motivation and independent decision-making.


• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.


• Drivers License and reliable transportation.


• Knowledge of TIA/EIA and ITIL standards and guidelines.


• — Traveling more than 50% of the time — traveling more often than not. You WILL be home over the weekends. —

•Familiarity with Apple’s Hardware Environment

Apple, IBM pSeries and xSeries, Sun, HP, Datadomain, NetApp, Teradata, IBM Storage

•Prefer an Associates or Bachelors degree

•BICSI/RCDD Certification
