As a career transition specialist you will be required to assist individuals develop the skills and knowledge to ensure they are ready and prepared to take ownership of their career.
In one on one consultation you will assess individual's skills and abilities providing advice in resume writing, interview preparation, education, training, skills testing, writing cover letters or in sourcing the right job opportunities.
This position will provide a high level of client support, including answering general client queries, providing exceptional customer service, conducting career transition interviews, providing advice on education, training and employment opportunities and providing referral information as required.
The role will also require liaison with external service providers, employers and government agencies, to ensure the best outcomes for clients. This position will be responsible for providing presentations at information sessions, and will require someone with exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
To be successful in this role you will need to be resilient, think on your feet and have proven experience in a similar role ideally within the manufacturing industry.
