Our client are a market leader in the refurbishment and remediation market. With a strong pipeline of work in place they are actively recruiting for a senior contract administrator to join their management team in their new offices in Sydney's West.



As contract administrator you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of multiple projects from putting tender packages together and letting contracts to developing and updating construction programmes. You will be working hand in hand with your site managers and project managers in ensuring all of your projects are up to date in terms of contract letting, commercial correspondence and project coordination. Experience of working within a refurbishment environment is essential along with a degree in construction management or engineering.



The ideal candidate will have significant experience working as a contract administrator within the refurbishment industry. You will have solid technical knowledge of all construction trades but this role will have a focus on structural refurbishments and building remediation. As you will be working within a small team environment you will have a positive approach to working in a team and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Above all you will have flexible approach to your work with a hands on can do attitude.
