The client is a nationwide property and building consultancy that has recently created an architectural division at their central location in the CBD. The focus of the work will be on remediation and weather tightening, this is to be the foundation with plans to move the department on to more commercial projects as it evolves.



This is an excellent opportunity to achieve registration as the successful candidate will be exposed to all stages of the process from contracts to site visits. Candidates must have 3-5 years local experience, a complete understanding of 3604 and E2 codes are essential with proficiency in ArchiCAD being another crucial part of the role. This role is perfect for a talented technician with quality design skills, someone who is a problem solver and has demonstrated logical thinking in the past.



From a concept point of view you will be resolving defects while ensuring the aesthetics are not compromised and delivering top quality robust results. Detailing must be of a high standard and you will posses experience in 3D modelling. This role would also suit someone who has a background in construction that has moved into design.
