Our client is one of the world's largest FMCG companies, with offices in over 60 countries across the world. Aiming to provide high - quality products to customers, they are improving and expanding all the time. Now to support the fast growing business, they are looking for a Greater China Talent Management Manager to join their Beijing Head quarter.



You will assist in designing, structuring and the execution of talent development system and make continuous and consistent improvement to build a strong talent pipeline support. You should build up close connection with global Talent Management team to maximize support and resources needed. Also assist to drive Organization and Talent Review program and design overall development tools and tracking system. You will work closely with related HR BP to ensure quality identification of key talents of the organization and follow up the execution of individual development plan and provide coaching to HR BP. Training delivery as needed.



To be qualified, you should have bachelor degree or above, with rich experience in talent development, and an "internal client service" mindset, consulting firm experience preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skill is a must. And it is essential to be fluent in English.
