A key role has arisen within operational risk at a group level for a proven specilaise to assist the business in managing their risk obligations in a timely, lawful and accurate manner.



Specifically you will be improving business risk management by identifying what the issues are and recommending solutions which drives best practice. Furthermore you will be required to provide regular reports and analysis on risk management activities whilst escalating opportunities for further improvements to senior management in order to drive process excellence. You will assist with the compilation of briefing papers to the CROs risk report as well as highlighting gaps which drive risk appetite.



You will be a proven operational risk professional with strong internal controls skills potentially developed from an assurance background. Preference will be given to those coming from financial services with consideration to other complex listed environments or risk consultancies. You will posses exceptionally communication skills and a strong business partnering style to engage your internal audience.
