A top-tier international law firm is seeking an experienced Associate to support their Banking and Finance team in Singapore.



You will be reporting to a reputable Partner and be working in the close-knit Oil & Gas sub-team on a variety of high-profile matters relating to project finance, acquisition finance and energy & resources. You will be involved in the drafting and preparation of legal documentation, assisting on due diligence and providing general legal advice to large clients.



As you will be part of a global team you must be qualified in a common law jurisdiction with 4 to 6 years PAE. You must be innovative, possess strong analytical and technical skills and be able to work well in a team.



This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate or junior Senior Associate seeking to boost their legal career with a prestigious and leading law firm. Also on offer is an attractive remuneration and relocation package.
