An opportunity has arisen to join a global Asset Management firm to work in the their Client Services team located in Melbourne CBD. As the Client Services Representative you will service a client base of established clients across the Australia & New Zealand. With a strong reputation within the market this company is going through a period of growth and is now looking for an experienced Client Services individual to join their Asset Servicing business.
The Client Services position will be the main point of contact for all Australasian clients and the day to-day resolution of internal and external client queries in an efficient and timely manner. Identifying and liaising with the appropriate operations support teams internally to resolve client queries.
You will be responsible for daily, quarterly and adhoc justification of overdrafts, Daily failed trade follow up and special monitoring on high value fails, long outstanding fails, buy-in markets and unverified trades. There will be a weekly follow up with clients on expired trades and sending of client report cards to clients as well as daily checks on short term investment fund positions.
In order to be join this global bank you will have a Bachelor degree in Business (Finance/Commerce preferred) and a proven track record of Client Service experience required. Experience in Asset Servicing and particularly Custody experience is preferred.
