An exciting opportunity of Business Development Manager is a senior management appointment and is pivotal to the ongoing success and growth plans for the company. You will source developed and undeveloped sections for residential developments. You will network and negotiate with landowners and developers, working with the management team on feasibility studies to ensure best commercial advantage.

Once land is purchased you will liaise with key stakeholders, local authorities for resource consent and engineers and architects during the planning and design phase.



You will have extensive experience of land acquisition ideally within the Auckland market but at least within New Zealand. A knowledge and flair for land development is essential and advantageous is a background in surveying, engineering or valuations and qualification to Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum.

This role comes with a highly rewarding remuneration package that includes salary, vehicle, bonus and other items that will be discussed with successful shortlisted candidates.
