Our client is premium international Fashion Retail company who is seeking to recruit a Store Manager for one of its own store based en Mexico City.



The Store Manager is responsible for overall management of the merchandise and customer service of a product category. You will also be responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated team of Sales Associates. This person will be responsible for the daily business activities of its product category, including financial and administrative aspects (store turnover in order to achieve Budget targets), visual merchandising, stock levels, product availability, high standards and excellency in customer service, compliance with security and quality procedures. You will also be responsible for the recruitment, training, staff development and motivation of all team members by establishing a real team spirit and teamwork environment.



The ideal candidate must be a degree holder and have previous experience in Customer Service in the Premium Retail sector. Must also be fluent in English (other languages would be preferred) and have very good commercial and communication skills, as well as leadership, organization and resilience skills to be the brand ambassador internally.
