Senior Associate- Real Estate sector in Leading European bank



Our client is leading European banking. They are in the market now looking for senior associate level banker to join Real Estate team.



You will be responsible for originating and executing core and opportunistic CRE transactions for strategic clients in the region as well as loan business and management of loan process in accordance with the required underwriting standard and return requirements. you will also need to cover a defined universe of strategic clients and develop banking business with the clients. You will be developing a client base in a sustainable and growth orientated revenue context as well as providing industry knowledge and recommendation for credit approval of loans. Conducting all aspect of banking business including equity and debt financing, M&A advisory and capital fund raising are also main responsibilities



To be considered this role, you need to have

• Strong experience in structuring debt products for real estate companies/projects


• Good knowledge of credit analysis and structuring of cross border debt for PRC companies


• Good understanding of the macro-economic of real estate sector in Hong Kong and China


• Good practical understanding of investment banking products for real estate companies/projects


• Previous coverage responsibility of real estate clients


• Mandarin and Cantonese capable with a high degree of competency, written and verbal
