Elphinstone Stevens are a dynamic and expanding Accounting Practice operating out of modern premises in Burnie, who cover the entire North West and West coast of Tasmania. Their team of experienced young professionals specialise in providing outstanding service to their clients in the areas of Financial Accounting and Tax, Agri-Business Accounting, Self Managed Super Funds and Business Advice.



In order to continue their growth and success, they are currently looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join their team.



The position will see you play a vital role in the practice, providing exceptional service and advice to a variety of clients. Utilising your technical expertise and people skills, you'll become a trusted partner for our clients, strengthening and growing these relationships. You will also use your experience to mentor and coach junior members of staff, helping them to advance their skills and reach their potential.



You will have at least 3 years experience in Public Practice Accounting and will either have completed, or commenced, your CA or CPA qualification. In addition you will bring with you a dedicated professional approach to your work, excellent communication and customer service skills plus the ability to supervise and coach others. Experience with Self Managed Super Funds would be highly regarded.
