As a global industry leader,our client has dominated the Mechanical Engineering production market for more than one hundred years,areas cover industrial, Medical applications ,commercial and others all around the world.For improving China sales performance excellence and enhance shareholders' confidence,an opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead their business in China.



Reporting directly to foreign CEO in head quarter,this role will be fully responsible for P&L of the several factories in China with about 1,000 employees.You will be focus on the overall sales business in China,mainly to lead and manage the sales team to take care of domestic customers and global sister- companies.You will lead to formulate and implement sales strategies, customer and pricing strategy to reach growth targets,and manage sales team with strong emphasis to increase domestic sales market,to develop and maintain key OEM customer and distributor relationships in China.Additionally,you should control the sales budgeting process, and responsible for achieving sales targets and well managing accounts.



To be a successful candidate, you should have at least 10 years recent experience in Mechanical Engineering Industry focus on Head of China Sales($50M+)/GM role in top-tier MNC industrial companies ,preferably from basic manufacturing industries such as auto mechanical components, machinery, or hardware product etc. Customer contacts in automobile, heavy industrial, medical equipment markets, etc.

Besides sales performance,you should also understand manufacturing operations and be able to work with operations and engineering personnel. If any experience in managing functional departments including HR, admin, finance, etc. will be a plus. In addition,proven track record of leading turnaround and/or difficult people situations will be very important factor to be considered.Finally,you must be able to speak Native Mandarin and fluent English in both spoken and written.
