• Responsible for managing the entire recruiting process, taking into account corresponding interfaces; have an overview about relevant HR processes, changes and project requests.
• Major point of contact for managers and HR//BP as well as candidates within the recruiting process; handle individual, complex inquiries which cannot be solved by Front Office Associates or Recruiting Assistants as they require specific HR knowledge and higher degree of policy interpretation.
• Support managers on all aspects of the recruiting process, including a compliant use of the applicants tracking system; ensure high level of data integrity.
• Responsible for developing, recommending and executing appropriate sourcing strategies (with regard to positions up to an including VS 2), such as internet job boards, cold calling, networking, resume mining, third parties, networks, job fairs and university recruiting to attract a diverse pipeline of candidates.
• Consult manager on job description to reach a common understand of responsibilities and requirements to ensure accuracy of job posting, the right choice of sourcing strategy as well as additional cost estimates.
• Perform behavioural, competency and skill-based interview (e.g. in person, over the phone, online, tests, etc.) to assess candidate qualifications against agreed selection criteria; make recommendations on well qualified candidates and provide relevant information on forwarded candidates.
• Make the well-balanced offer proposal(internal & external) and negotiate the offer with the candidates and follow issues(eg.
background check,etc.) until candidates report to work.
• Familiar with external market situation; Based on necessary internal analysis & external market updates to enhance service quality to internal customers.
• Sell Bayer as the employer of choice to external candidates to attract the best talents for the company; ensure candidates have a
positive experience throughout the whole recruiting process (Source&Screen, Select&Offer, Onboarding).
