Our client is a leading company for in life science industry with offices in 80+ countries. They're actively looking for an IT Business Partner / IT Engagement Manager to act as the bridge of sales & marketing business with IT service delivery team, translate business requirements into IT language, and work closely with IT team to deliver quality IT solutions.

Based in Shanghai, and reporting to IT Business Engagement Director, you'll be responsible for analyzing business strategic requirements, sharing with the IT deliver team innovative ideas supporting local business needs and positively impacting top-line or increased customer engagement, being a trusted IT partner for the local Business by actively resolving issues and driving key initiatives to success;

To be qualified for the role, you need to have strong background in IT applications, project experience with CRM, BI, or Digital, excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, plus passion and interested in IT business engagement roles.
