As a process documenter you will review, create and update documentation of operational processes. Previous experience working within a call centre and private health insurance is highly desirable in order to produce process workflows and instrumental documentation.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills is crucial with an ability to identify operational process gaps and weaknesses, you will work closely with the member services team and work force coordinator to help drive this business forward and optimise productivity.
This role would suit an ambitious individual who wants to work in a busy environment where they will gain a lot of knowledge and experience.
