Special Projects Co-ordinator

Our Global retail client is looking for an experienced Special Projects Co-ordinator to join their established team who are actively looking after sites across New Zealand.

Your previous experience in managing commercial or retail construction projects will see you allocated multiple projects at any time across different sites. With strict time frames and public work sites, your health and safety knowledge along with the ability to efficiently use Microsoft Project will be paramount.
Organisational skills are essential to maintain the volume of work while ensuring compliance is followed by all contractors.

With a diversity of projects that will range from re-tiling whole Centres to replacing air conditioning systems, no day will be the same. Being a retail centre, you may be required to check in on site after hours and also be a point of call for working contractors. Providing monthly operational reports and cost reviews along with your ideas and professional opinions will see you confidently working with your team to resolve issues and deliver excellent customer service.
Your days will also involve effective time management, liaising with tenants and contractors as well as management, ensuring all procedures are in place for after hours work and tracking costs and budgets throughout each project.

With a rewarding salary and flexible hours, you will be required to hold a valid NZ Driver's License and a Tertiary Qualification in a related discipline.
