Business Development Director (IT)

Our client is a market leader in the IT industry, specializing in audio-visual solutions. Due to rapid growth across Asia, they are looking for a Business Development Director to lead the regional team.

As the Business Development Director, your key responsibility will be to drive growth and increase overall revenue across Asia Pacific. You will develop channel sales strategies that are aligned with the company's objectives and plans. Additionally, you will take on a front-facing role as you develop successful business relationships with colleagues, customers, and various stakeholders across Asia.

You have at least eight years of business development and sales experience in the unified communications and IT industry. You have a deep understanding of channel sales across Asia and are comfortable developing and executing go-to-market strategies. You are a confident manager and an excellent communicator, comfortable nurturing and leading a regional team. You must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin as you will be required to liaise with various stakeholders across Asia.
