An exciting opportunity for a sponsorship and communications manager to join an ever growing not for profit association has now become available. We are pleased to partner with our client who is a landscape architect membership association. They have a strong national presence and rapid plans for membership growth in Western Australia.

Located within the heart of the CBD, our client provides a professional service to their members in landscape architecture. An exciting part time permanent position has become available for an experienced communications manager with sponsorship experience to join their operation in Western Australia.

As a sponsorship and communications manager, you will be responsible for securing and managing local sponsorships. You will also be responsible for developing and executing local strategies and activities. This role also requires management of the operational budget for Western Australia. Other key duties include driving membership growth through the implementation of national plans locally and developing and delivering membership communications. You will be required to proactively engage with media and develop and execute a local social media campaign as well as build key stakeholder relationships.

To be successful for this role you will be an experienced communications manager with sponsorship and media experience ideally in a member based organisation or professional services. You will ideally have a tertiary related qualification in public relations, marketing or communications and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also possess excellent key stakeholder engagement skills. Additionally our client is looking for a dynamic, energetic individual who can work autonomously. You will be a go getter who has excellent project management skills.

A competitive salary of $80k plus super (full time equivalent) is on offer for the right candidate along with fantastic flexible working arrangements.
