The Business Strategy Manager applies deep business strategy development, architecting value and operating model architecture skills to influence client agendas through business insight. Partners with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues at the intersection of business, technology and operations. Provides deep understanding of our clients' industry landscape and business options in the context of global, economic, technology and social trends.

• Previous consulting experience
• Degree qualification in one of following disciplines: Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Commerce & Economics
• Ability/Desire to travel
• Location: Melbourne or Sydney

Preferred skills:

• Finance reporting and analysis (Management & Statutory) Reporting
• Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF) processes and techniques. Especially interested in experience with methodologies like Zero Based Budgeting and Rolling Budgeting
• Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Operating model design
• Deep working knowledge of financial modelling in MS Excel
• Experience in tools such as SAP BW, SAP BPC, Hyperion Financial Management, Business Objects, Cognos. Note, we don’t need technical resources but finance strategist who know how to enable the reporting/PBF objectives on this toolsets.
• Industry experience in Products (Retail & Consumer Goods), Banking and Utilities
• Experienced in structured communications
• Digital finance skills
