This organisation is one of the top and fastest growing health funds in Australia. An opportunity exists for a member services representative to join their expanding team.

As a member services representative you will be responsible for resolving technical issues for customers relating to their health insurance. This includes estimates, quotes and health policy matters. You must have strong investigation and analytical skills as well as possessing great customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.

To be successful for this role, an understanding of the health insurance industry including Medicare and Health services would be desirable. Due to the nature of this role, it is essential to be able to work well as part of a team. You will be required to have exceptional attention to detail.
