Our Data Center Team has the opportunity to work with new technologies and state-of-the-art equipment supporting a major software corporation within an enterprise class data center. The Supervisor will provide directions and management of the Data Center Operations Team, Incident and Problem Management, Service Level Management, Enterprise Scheduling and Critical Business Process Planning and Execution. Responsibilities Include: 

• Manage appropriate staffing to ensure 24X7X365 shift coverage
• Act as point of contact for all customer needs
• Ability to manage complex situation during off management hours - single point of contact
• Troubleshooting customer issues while maintaining agreed upon service levels for customer contract and resolve
• Ensure timely team timecard submission
• Oversee team adherence to assigned schedule and documented policies and procedures
• Ensure compatibility and interoperability with all other data centers in the client enterprise

Benchmark, analyze report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT staffed managed on site as well as our larger team globally
