A leading and respected financial institution based in the CBD currently requires a Trade Finance Operations Specialist to join their friendly and professional team.



As a Trade Finance Officer, you will be responsible for the end to end processing of trade finance products. A varied role with a breadth of products, you will service additional areas including supply chain finance, corporate trade loans and export credit agency financing. Specifically, your day to day responsibilities will include examining documents received under import Letters of Credit, establishing and amending Standby Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees, preparing documents on behalf of clients, processing of import/export collections and collecting fees and commissions. You will be providing an excellent level of service whilst communicating to customers and various internal teams, and ensuring SLA's are met.



This is an interesting role that will suit a motivated team player who uses their own initiative and takes pride in their work with the ability to work to deadlines. You will have proven Trade Finance Operations experience, ideally across; Import and Export Documentary Collections, Import and export Letters of Credit, and Export Letters of Credit. Further, you will have a sound working knowledge using SWIFT.
