Ability to work in 24/7 shift Environment
HR must confirm that all GET"s understand that the area of work could involve continuous NA, EMEA, APAC shifts. The GET"s must be willing to be part of Voice / Chat or SR teams as per the need of Accounts.
Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for assigning and redirecting tickets
Involved in Workflow /queue co-ordination
Follow up on tickets for closure
Validating the closure
Tracking SLA performance and requesting agents to expedite response / resolution process to maintain the required SL
Good to have :
Handling Remedy
Must go through Remedy training in CSC University // SkillPort
Certification in ITIL.
Must complete ITIL training in CSC University // Skil Port
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Zero or more years of experience with computer systems or networking
- Experience working with computer hardware for installation and upgrades
- Experience working with software installation/upgrading procedures
- Experience working with file and system maintenance procedures
Other Qualifications- Organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
- Communication skills for communicating with support personnel, customers, and managers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organization skills to balance and prioritize work
