A prestigious Membership organisation is seeking a Team Administrator to provide support and coordination to the Senior Executive Team and the Member Services Team. Working in this busy and varied role you will be required to liaise with the CEO, key stakeholders as well as key political contacts.
With corporate experience, you will have previously worked in an administration and marketing position. You will be corporately presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
You will be the primary support to the team and ensuring business runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities will include; the coordination of meetings agenda's and correspondence, relief reception cover, travel coordination and event assistance. Working in this professional and fast paced team environment you will be highly efficient, be able to prioritise and work well in a team based environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining website content, updating the membership database as well as the administration of social media content. This role will require you to assist the Marketing and Event Managers with event preparation and administration including contacting attendee's, coordinating guest speakers and updating run sheets.
