Data and Admin Workstream Lead - UK / Field Based

Birmingham, United Kingdom, GB - Information Technology and Services

We are currently recruiting for a field based Data and Admin Workstream Lead



The ideal candidate will be working as part of the Process team. The key element to the role will be to analyse business information to identify opportunities for system and process improvement and working with the regional business to agree changes. The main system in use is SAP but you will also be required to support Fortek.



This role will support senior managers in ensuring that consistent processes and systems are adopted and optimised to support my clients business meeting its financial and operational targets.



Experience



- Process improvement/Project Management/Commercial expertise

- Data analysis

- Excellent business admin knowledge

- SAP and Fortek detailed knowledge



You will be required to;



Drive the consistent use of standardised processes

- Deliver identified Data / Admin projects on time in full and on budget

- Ensure a full set of KPI measures are in place to measure the effectiveness of processes

- Record detailed admin/data management processes

- Record training materials based on new admin/data management processes and system changes

- Reporting progress and issues to senior managers

- Coordinating activities with other members of the team

- Liaise closely with the Regional teams to support delivery of identified project aims

- Tracking specific project performance progress

- Measure effectiveness of the changes and the training delivered

- Identify tactical IT upgrades to support data or admin process improvements
