As a CLOUD ENGAGEMENT PARTNER you will:



  • Develops and nurtures senior mgmt or executive level relationships with the customer

  • Owns customer operational relationship: develops and nurtures to excellent customer satisfaction

  • Understands customer at local, country, region and Worldwide (WW) level to analyze delivery requirements and contribute to customer strategic business plan

  • Develops strategies and processes with the customer in areas such as performance metrics and measure, escalation change management and communication.

  • Principle contact for operational and tactical issues representing delivery of all services (all functions) to the customer: manages customer expectations by developing performance metrics and reporting, escalation management and communication plan

  • Owns cost target commitments for all service delivery requirements developing, implementing and monitoring expense controls

  • Ability to effectively and proactively manage risk for high to very high risk projects

  • Hires and leads cross functional team including 3rd party vendors to ensure performance goals are met for all in scope services across all towers: identifying and analyzing gaps to develop and implement corrective actions plans

  • Develops and leads Account Service Team (AST) and all delivery organizations to timely, cost effective delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA) requirements identifying and recommending optimization while managing scope, resources and coordination

  • Develops and manages account service delivery plan. Contributes to strategic account plan

  • Negotiates with and manages 3rd party vendors contributing to contractual requirements

  • Develops solutions and participates in presales and change order negotiations representing and approving delivery capability and cost solution

  • $4M-20M / year revenue

  • $20-100M TCV (total contract value)

  • Acts as Account Delivery Manager (ADM) in large to very large engagements or portfolio of engagements

  • Leads a large to very large AST/delivery team with many towers/business represented

  • Works at regional or global level

  • May act as people manager




Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:



  • First Level University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 8 - 12 years relevant business experience

  • Multi cultural and x-region experience desired

  • Information Technology Information Library (ITIL)/Information Technology (IT) Service Management (ITSM) experience


Knowledge and Skills Required:



  • Ability to build and manage strong customer relationship at the executive level

  • Excellent influence and negotiation skill

  • Ability to apply business management, financial concepts and contracts knowledge to analyze business needs and develop recommendations

  • Ability to understand and analyze an issue or problem to develop and implement a corrective action plan

  • Applies appropriate knowledge and methods to resolve very complex business issues

  • Leadership ability to build and manage a cross cultural, cross tower, cross business team for effective and efficient customer support

  • Ability to proactively and effectively manage risk on high to very high risk projects

  • Coaches and mentors experts and specialist Account Delivery Manager (ADM)

  • Develops and consistently applies Quality and Continuous Improvement Plans

  • Ability to develop and present high impact message to executive level management

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation with the capability to represent HP at external customer and industry events.

  • Industry sector knowledge (finance, manufacturing, etc.)

  • Crisis and conflict management
