Junior Health and Safety Advisor

An exciting job has become available for a Junior Health and Safety Advisor to join a growing company and a growing team in the energy industry.



The organisation have a large European business and operations are set to double in the UK. In this newly created role the successful candidate will be reporting into the Health and Safety Manager.



The successful candidate will have the experience in the oil and gas industry, have a proven track record of understanding the health and safety issues within the industry and industry regulations. You will demonstrate previous success in report writing, reporting on all aspects of HSSE, accident trends, training, risk assessments and contractor control. You will have an understanding of a health and safety improvements plans, experience of carrying out inductions and are competent in delivering all health and safety training.



You will also be able to demonstrate a strong environmental understanding, knowledge of environmental impacts in a heavily regulated industry such as this is essential.



To be considered for this role you must have as a minimum the NEBOSH General Certificate or the NEBOSH Oil & Gas Certificate, with ideally the NEBOSH Diploma. , along with an environmental qualification. Experience in the energy industry is essential.
