The TSM role is responsible for reading and understanding the statement of work assigned to the account. Ensuring OSS adherence to all contracted services and SLA performance. Acting as the main contact for customer, account team and AMO. Ability to interact with all levels of management. Providing real time feedback to the OSS Director. Leading and participating in all account specific conference calls with AMO team and customer. Responsible for cost control and budget goals set my senior management team. Working with account team and customer on continuous improvement methods and strategies. Preforming volume forecasting and staffing analysis on a regular basis. Reviewing customer satisfaction scores and feedback. Coaching, mentoring, development and performance management of Supervisors, P/A’s, and any other support staff.
