Essential Job Functions

• * Hands-on Exp. of supporting Exchange 2007/ 2010 in a medium / large scale environment.


• * Be able to effectively manage the Exchange environment.


• * At least 4 - 6 years experience supporting Microsoft Exchange.


• * Working Experience with Antivirus in an Exchange environment.


• * Working knowledge of Active Directory, understand its components and organizational structure.


• * Be able to work with AD for Exchange related tasks.


• * Familiar with current BlackBerry devices, Handheld OS, Desktop software, and S/MIME configurations.


• * Hands-on Exp. of supporting LCS 2005, OCS 2007, Lync in a medium / large scale environment. Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment with the ability to interface with all levels of staff. * Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot errors and determine the appropriate resolution including software and hardware. * Be able to repair problems or collaborate with other teams to overcome the challenge. * Able to independently resolve complex problems using current job knowledge, research data, and external resources. * Working knowledge of messaging clients. Microsoft Outlook, OWA, POP, IMAP. * Understand the security risks to an Exchange server and be able to assist with implementation and maintenance of components and applications to protect systems from virus, spyware, and hackers. * Strong written and presentation skills which will be used to document analysis and to give technical presentations. Desired: * Experience with Exchange 2007 / 2010 in a Medium / large scale environment. * Working know


• ledge of PowerShell.


• * Working knowledge of Enterprise Vault or any other achieving solution


• * Working knowledge of MS Lync, BPOS, Office 365

Qualifications :


Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor"s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  


• Bachelor"s degree in computer science, or related field preferred
  


• Four or more years of experience with computer systems or networking
  


• Experience working with computer hardware for installation and upgrades
  


• Experience working with software installation/upgrading procedures
  


• Experience working with file and system maintenance procedures
