Our client is a household name, boasting an impressive reputation as the market leader in the FMCG Sector. This is an exciting time for the organisation as they expand their business into a range of new areas.



An enviable opportunity has arisen for a senior Commercial IP Lawyer to join the hard working legal team on a maternity leave contract. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a key role in advising the business on a range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on IP. Most specifically you will advise on licensing, brand and product development and brand protection and enforcement, you will also play an active role in dispute resolution. You will work across a range of business units and particularly with the Marketing team.



We are interested in hearing from candidates with at least 7 years PQE. You will be working as a Senior Associate with an IP team in a top tier firm and/or have experience as an in-house Senior Lawyer specialising in IP. Candidates who have completed a post graduate diploma in IP will be highly regarded.
