This highly successful and rapidly expanding insurance company based in Central Sydney seek a Workforce Planner for their highly critical customer environment with complex season peaks and with varying priorities.



You will be running a 24/7 roster across multiple sites for a large workforce, and will produce reports across KPIs, absenteeism and attrition, reports used in senior level meetings, as well as provide real time analysis to various stakeholders, and will be highly involved in planning long term staffing strategy.



This role will require great people skills, an ability to communicate with people at all levels, as well as strong analytical and reporting skills.



We are looking for someone with 1 to 2 years experience as a workforce planner; you will also have confident Excel skills.
