Finance Manager

The main focus of this role is the preparation and production of the monthly management accounts, Investigating material variances and understanding the root causes to ensure improved business performance.

Managing a team of 4, this role will have responsibility for leading the finance function and ensuring successful completion of monthly objectives. This will include improving processes and controls and ensuring visibility with the wider business so that finance is supporting business activity.

The role would suit an ambitious and driven fully qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) that is looking for an opportunity offering leadership, ability to influence and thus aid the performance of a successful business.

Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge and be challenged will be essential to the successful delivery of this fantastic job opportunity, as is a sound IT knowledge to include Sage and Excel.

The role would suit individuals that are either looking to make a first move from practice or equally those who have developed from within commerce and industry.
