The roles:

* Product sales & leadership within a unique and exciting airport environment

* Manage a range of luxury brands and products

* Represent the HEINEMANN Duty Free retail brand, and provide superior customer service

* Cashier duties and product presentation

* Oversee a team of high performing sales assistants

* Be the main contact for customer enquiries and general administration

* Stock control & oversee security



To succeed:

* Proven ability to perform in a retail environment

* You will have excellent verbal communication

* Be able to meet KPIs and sales targets using your exceptional sales& leadership skills

* Be confident, motivated and able to work in a demanding environment

* Be customer focused and driven towards a career in retail

* Experienced in computer based stock management systems and POS technology

* Able to lead and mentor your team

* Be able to work independently

* Driven to outperform to customer expectations

* Experienced in face-to-face sales preferably in high-end retail or duty free
