Due to continued growth and expansion this organisation now seeks a New Zealand Manager to grow and develop their New Zealand business.



Reporting to the Australian Managing Director you will be challenged with the growth and development of this New Zealand based start up unit where you will set the direction of the Business Unit through effective leadership and the pursuit of operational excellence. By establishing a strong image and professionalism amongst the industry you will set strategic and commercial positioning on profitable markets. You will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing compliance and development of quality management systems. Along with the generation and growth of a strong motivated team of management professionals, engineers and trade staff.



This New Zealand Manager position will be a challenging and highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional who holds strong local networking and operational knowledge within a Civil and Structural contracting environment. Having previously worked in a senior management or General Manager capacity, you will use your demonstrable experience and understanding to drive this business into new markets and establish long standing relationships within the Christchurch and greater New Zealand regions.
