As the Site Manger you will be responsible for ensuring the project is running to schedule and budget, by controlling the work of direct labour, including tradesmen, subcontractors and suppliers. This project is set to be one of the most sought after addresses in Brisbane's inner city and will consists of one, two and three bedroom apartments over twenty one levels. Reporting into the Project Manager you will have excellent time management and organisational skills and a commitment to quality and an eye for detail.



To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience on high end multi storey residential projects, and posses a strong understanding of commercial, residential and mix-use construction processes and practices. Together with your recognised relevant qualification and/or 15 years site experience in the construction industry within a senior level, you will have an excellent work ethic, firm managerial skills and a strong focus on site safety.
